Objective
FTG manufactures cockpit display systems and electronic components. The requirement was for an electronics engineer with deep experience with the manufacturing of printed circuit boards.
Proposal
California has many printed circuit board manufacturers, however, we proposed to focus our research on companies in the Los Angeles area, at least at the beginning.
Process
After working with the client to clearly set out the criteria for successful candidate selection, Kathbern contacted many qualified individuals in the Los Angeles area to inquire as to their interest in learning more about this position.
Results
Following negotiation with the leading candidate, our client’s offer was accepted.
